Four calculators — protein, calories, macros and BMI. Each shows its formula, names its source, runs entirely on your device, and hands you no target you did not set.
What these calculators cannot tell you
- Your exact number. A formula is a population average with your figures substituted in, and two people with identical inputs can differ widely.
- Anything about anyone under 18. Mifflin-St Jeor was fitted on adults, and the BMI page gives no child or teen reading.
- Anything medical. None of this is medical advice, and none of it is built for anyone treating an eating disorder.
- What you actually ate. The harder half of the problem, and the one the app is for.
